24-Hour Roadside Assistance

We offer a 24 hour 7 days a week roadside assistance service. With this service we will come out to your trailer and inspect, then decide on the following actions; towing or on-site repair. We work on hubs, axles, tires and much much more. We charge $130.00 for distances up to 50 miles and an additional 4 cents per mile over 50. We will run your card for $130 plus a 3.8% CC service fee before we leave our facility. We accept credit card over the phone. We will also have additional charges for any jobs completed once on-site. Arrival time depends on location and time/day. Please explain and/or send photographs of the trailer to the best of your capabilities so we may know what necessary parts to bring.

I had blown three tires on a dual axle boat trailer doing a long distance haul. I was about 40 minutes away from Savannah and a tire shop recommended B&B. I called and they were able to immediately send out a mobile service truck. Both the dispatcher and the technician that came out were polite,  knowledgeable and very communicative. Technician found a seized caliper, bypassed it, checked out all the rest of the brakes and axles, filled and checked brake fluid and tire air pressure around all four tires. It’s some great people in this world and these people at B&D are some of them. They are kind and compassionate and you can tell it’s not just about the money they love helping people. One of the best experiences we have ever had! Bought a 5x8 and needed D-rings and the trailer was ready 24 hours later even during a tropical storm and major flooding! I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate B&B Trailers of Savannah. I was 45 minutes into a move from SC to CA for the military with my whole family, cats and dogs and all. My rear axcel broke on my boat trailer I was towing. I called a few shops that were all closing within the hour. I happen to call B&B and the owner Frank said he would come back to work after hours and make sure I was taken care of. He helped my family and me out so much when we were in trouble, that I will never be able to thank him enough. Absolutely the best experience! We had an axle bearing seize in our 30' RV trailer and it destroyed the brake, hub, and axle.
